Shopping for a slightly hipster-ish closet nerd with a distinct sense of style? Before you get out the plastic and head off to the mall, check out Uncrate. It caters to that particular segment of the Web 2.0 set that also subscribes to GQ, showing off the coolest, most stylish and most luxurious consumables out there. I’m hooked on Uncrate—it’s a great way to stay abreast of fashion trends while also getting my daily fill of nerdy obsessions. They even have a sister blog (Outblush) for the ladies!
My only complaint about Uncrate is a minor one: they just don’t update often enough! I guess there’s only so much cool stuff out there, but my appetite for it never diminishes.
